They have a limiting effect on a person’s mind and are quite often wrong and invalid. I find stereotypes to be a shortcut to thinking and therefore quite harmful to a person’s intellectual growth. My hat is off to the creator(s) of this site. This is a very interesting and much-needed website. I think I’m the one who made the comment about German women being that worlds most beautiful.lol It seems that you’re the only one that needs to get over yourself. Not every German is like your falsified view/opinion. If you don’t like them then don’t associate with them. Just because you don’t like them doesn’t mean that they’ll go away or that people will even listen to you. If you’ve got a problem with germans, fine thats your opinion, but keep it to yourself. You seem to be the racist prick that lives their life downsizing everybody else when you’re the one trying to hide something. What makes you think that you know everything about germans? Well you know what, have you meet every german in the world? I think not. They know how to treat their men, don’t play mind games, and actually know how save and not blow all your $$ while you are deployed
If I had to do it all over again, I’d choose a “average” Frauline over a hot chick anyday. Oh, and it turns out there is already a town named after Nina in Namibia….one less thing to worry about.German women rock, I’ve been married to one for over a decade, so I’m biased. We’ll write more about it in a bit, but suffice it to say, it feels great to be here. We are super excited the time has come for this part of the trip, and we’ll share about it as much as we can! Our first stop is Majeka House, a wonderful boutique hotel just a bit South of Stellenbosch. We are now facing four days in the good hands of Stellenbosch Wine Routes. Feel free to contact me whenever you contemplate a trip, we have a ton of tips and advice! We have been driving a Hyundai i10 (a teeny tiny car) without a problem at all. If you ever consider traveling the region I highly recommend you drive as much as you can so that you can see more of the countryside. While the distances may sound intimidating, the roads are in great condition. You won’t believe the diversity in these virtually empty stretches of land (Namibia is the size of Alaska with 2.2 million inhabitants, and Botswana is the size of France but has only about 2 million inhabitants). It’s been a great homecoming for us, and having been able to add Namibia to our ever expanding list of countries we have to revisit has been an added bonus. We are actively contemplating spending a half year or so in the region, to work, but to also live here. We have met great people along the way, everyone is ready to help, assist, move us along. Southern Africa offers us a feeling of home, be it in Botswana or Namibia or now in South Africa. On the Trans Kalahari Highway, somewhere in the Kalahari, early in the morning.
